Rates: Low Season: Starting at $1,250/week, $200/night, minimum of 2 nights.

 Low Season is from May to before Memorial Day and from September to before Thanksgiving.

High Season rates: Starting at $1,900 / week or $300 per night. Summer weeks are from Sunday to Sunday.

Holidays with 3 to 5 night minimum: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, MLK, President's Day - Request for Holiday Rates. Deposit, Tax and Cleaning fee.
