Rates: Low Season: Starting at $1,900/week, $300/night, minimum
of 2 nights.
Low Season is from May to before Memorial Day and from September
to before Thanksgiving.
High Season rates: Starting at $2,600/week or $400 per night.
Summer weeks are from Saturday to Saturday.
Holidays with 3 to 5 night minimum: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, MLK, President's Day - Request for Holiday Rates. Deposit,
Tax and Cleaning fee.
